Terms, Conditions & Cancellation
40% of the rental is required at time of booking.
Deposits will be refunded, less a $150 administration fee, with at least 30 days notice, if we are able to fill the vacancy.
Deposits for cancellations with less than 30 days notice are non-refundable. The full cost of the confirmed booking will be charged for cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) prior to the booking date and/or for no shows, charged to the credit card on file.
Reservations between June 15 & September 15 are non-refundable after April 1st.
Reservations for 3 or more cottages, full Resort Rental and Wedding deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of the booking. Cancellations made more than 4 months prior to the booking will be refunded at 50% of the deposit.
No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
While we do our best to make sure that all equipment is operational for your stay, circumstances beyond our control may prevent some equipments from being available. This does not justify a cancellation.
Conditions:
– Adherence to regulations regarding cottage capacity mandatory.
– Number of extra persons strictly limited to the number of beds in a given cottage.
Day Guests
Fees:
Adults: $35 per day or $150/week,
Children under 12: $10/day and $60/week
Fees are plus HST
